Shock, Sadness, Frustration

My niece attempted suicide tonight. It is so hard watching somebody I love ruin their life. I pray that she makes the decision to change her life and get the help she needs.

I honestly can't even put my feelings into words right now. I just want to grab her by the shoulders and shake some sense into her.

I'm just grateful that she made the choice to call for help before it was too late.
