Week In Review (Week 37: 365 Project)

SEPTEMBER 9th

Grant and I celebrated our 12th Wedding Anniversary!  Anniversaries are a lot different with 3 children.  We spent the day parenting, then some sweet friends watched the kids so we could go to dinner.  We put the kids to bed and watched the first Steelers game!




 


SEPTEMBER 10th

After the big kids went to school, I met my friend at the park for a morning walk. The rest of the day was spent at home.

 

 

SEPTEMBER 11th

It was Grant's dad's birthday, so Grant spent some time with him.  Lexie had her first Fall story time at the library.  That evening, we went to a friend's house for dinner.

 
 

SEPTEMBER 12th

A typical weekday.  My days are busy and seem to blend together now! I drove the kids to school, which allowed us to sleep in an extra hour.  That was great!  After school, Lexie had gymnastics.  The rest of the evening was spent at home, getting school work done.

 
 
 

SEPTEMBER 13th

I attended a PTO meeting that morning, because I wanted to be a contact parent for Lexie's class.  I didn't expect to end up being head contact parent!  I may be slightly crazy taking this on, too!  That evening, we had dinner with friends.  It was a fun night!


 


SEPTEMBER 14th

After picking Lexie up from school, we visited my parents.  My mom and I did some shopping, then we all had dinner together. Once home, I had a ton of stuff to do.  I let Dylan stay up late, so we cuddled on the couch for a bit before bed.

 
 

SEPTEMBER 15th

We're back to our regular, crazy-busy Saturdays!  Dylan attended a classmate's birthday party that afternoon.  That night, we went to a friend's house for dinner.  After hanging out for a bit, my friend's daughter, Audrey, came home with us for a sleepover, while Dylan stayed at our friend's house for one.  The girls stayed up late.  I think they outlasted me!



We're ready for another busy week!!!
