Here is a glimpse of reality...
"Oh, not this chair again!" Cue fake cry.
"But, Mama, this chair is cooler!"
"I'm so ticked off!" Fake cry again.
"I'm outta here!"
"Wheeeee!"
"Didn't you get that I'm ticked off?" Fake cry again. (Isn't her fake cry the best?)
"Wait...what's this?!?"
"And this?!?"
"Why won't my mama let me go down this hill?" Fake cry again. Oh, the drama!!!
"I'm just going to nibble this grass while I'm down here."
"I'm also just going to climb down over the rock wall and into the driveway...nobody will notice."
"I'm not allowed? Seriously?!?" Cue real tears.
Three seconds later. "Over it.What's down there?!?"
"Woof. Woof. It's a dog!"
"But wait...what's that?!?"
"And THAT?!?"
"ZOMG! What is THIS?!?"
"I'm so over these pictures! Hey, Mama? Catch me if you can!!!"
And that is why I was exhausted.

ReplyDeleteThis dramatic little age is hilarious... but by the time I put the kids to bed I can't get up from my chair! Jackson is sure I am ruining his life at every turn these days :)

ReplyDeleteOuttakes are the best! I love crying baby pics...maybe I'm mean. I think I just find it humorous because babies are so dramatic when really, they have it so easy!!
