This summer went by in a flash! We were so busy having fun, that I forgot to document several important days...a family picnic, a trip to Soergel's, a family reunion, and Lily's 12 month update. Oops!
This is the first of my summer catch-up posts.
At the end of July, we went to my Aunt Carol's house for a picnic. My cousin was in town with his new baby boy, so we all gathered to meet him! My Uncle Bill was in the process of building a huge patio for their fountain, and it ended up being the perfect photo backdrop. (Lily overload! The big kids were too busy to pose!) Now that the fountain is up and running, we will be returning for more pictures!
It was a fun day with my family! My kids love going to their great aunt and uncle's house, and can't wait to return!
A few weeks later, I met my best friend at Soergel's, a local orchard, for a playdate!
It was HOT, but such a fun way to spend a summer afternoon!
Stay tuned for Lily's 12 month pictures and update, a monthly picture comparison, and my family reunion! Then...I'll be caught up!
That place was fun, and it's nice that Lily can get around and explore with her brother and sister now!

ReplyDeleteOh that pic with Lily on the grass with your uncle (?) is awesome, so vibrant.
ReplyDeleteI have to do a few summer catch-up posts too... As always, your pictures are beautiful. What sweet and special memories you were able to capture! I love the fact that your kids are always smiling. What a joy!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweetie pie!
ReplyDeleteI love the big, poofy, pink dress that Lily is wearing in the first set of pics. What a great dress for photos.
ReplyDeleteLily is so adorable with that flower headband she's wearing which perfectly matches her pink dress.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like an awesome orchard! I fell off the blogging wagon of all activities this summer too! It was hard to keep up.
ReplyDeleteI'm always amazed that you can get Lily to wear those big bows. Macy won't even keep a barrette in.
