Friday Favorites: Easter Edition

Happy Friday!  I hope you all had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!

With St. Patrick's Day and Easter being so close this year, I felt like I had to get a head start on decorating. I just might have started to put Easter stuff out while we were still celebrating St. Patrick's Day today!

Each holiday, I like to buy a few new things to enjoy!  I never spend much. Something for me, something for my kids, something for the house, and, well, candy for my husband because he just doesn't care!

Here are the Easter items I'm currently loving:

{ONE}

I have a slight obsession with coffee mugs and tea cups (and straw cups and travel mugs). When I spotted this one, it was instant love! It's going to be hard to pack it away after Easter!

Oh, Target Dollar Spot.  You get me every single time.  Because who doesn't need Easter note pads and a pen? Or those 20 other items that find their way into my cart?

{THREE}

The cabinet that holds plates, bowls and cups for my kids is overflowing, but I can't resist those seasonal items! I have to buy them while my kids are still young and appreciative of those little things!

I hang banners, garland and chalkboards all through my house. It's such an easy way to decorate! What can I say?  I love options!

{FIVE}

I used this burlap table runner and wooden tray for St. Patrick's Day. I'll probably use both items year round because they're so versatile. I'm just updating it with a ceramic lantern, bunny pail and flowers for Easter!

{SIX}

 It was time to replace my kitchen towels for Easter. The ones I have were old and it's just something I never think to buy! I finally remembered this year. The bunny cookie cutter with the separate bunny tail was right next to the towels.  I can't wait to make bunny cookies with the kids!

{SEVEN}

I love displaying wooden signs on my mantle along with pails or vases of flowers.  This "Somebunny Loves You" sign was one of the first items I bought for Easter this year. It was way too cute to pass up!

It's hard to believe Easter is just over a week away.  The early holiday is throwing me off this year!

Have you started to decorate for Easter or Spring yet?

  2. Gosh, my Target didn't have ANY of those garlands when I went! That bunny one is just darling! I would have definitely gotten that one if they had had it. Totally couldn't find the Easter plates either. We love to get all of their holiday plates for the kiddos and we have yet to get an Easter one.

  5. I clearly should have gotten to Target WAY sooner than I did. All of that adorable stuff was gone by the time I made it there.
