{May 27th}
We celebrated my great niece's birthday all day long! It was so much fun hanging out with my family.
{May 28th}
Happy Memorial Day! We picked Dylan up at the pool after his sleepover, dealt with a car sickness incident, had a picnic with Grant's family, and then went swimming with our friends. It was a nice day!
{May 29th}
Dylan had a field trip to the Carnegie Science Center, I babysat all day, the girls made messes, and Grant found out his hand was broken. The end.
{May 30th}
Dylan woke up with a bad stomach ache, so I let him go back to sleep. Just before noon, after he woke up feeling fine, I drove him to school. We ran some errands, went to lunch, and I actually did some shopping for myself. I had some gift cards and birthday money to spend! Once home, I ran 3 miles while Lily slept. That evening, Dylan had baseball. I had to take the three kids by myself, the coaches were flipping out at the kids, and I ended up stressed and irritated. After the game, I let the kids play at the park for a bit, and then we headed home.
{May 31st}
I can't quite remember what we did during the day, while Dylan was at school. That evening, we went to a birthday cookout for our friend Rex. It was so much fun!
{June 1st}
June already?!? I volunteered at Dylan's school all morning for Olympic Fun Day. Just as I was leaving, I saw Dylan heading to the nurse, because his stomach cramps returned. (I had the same thing the week before.) He came home with me. Once he was feeling better, we went to visit my parents. Lily had her first taste of watermelon, beets, and spaghetti & meatballs. Just like everything else she has tried, she loved it! Dylan and Lexie spent the night at my parent's house.
{June 2nd}
We spent the day at the park, for my brother-in-law's birthday party! It was a fun end to a busy week!
Love the girls matching dresses, I totally did that too :)
ReplyDeleteWow this week made me laugh and cry! LOVE the black, white, and yellow dresses! And the teal one of course! And the tooth-brushing with Grandma is priceless! And Lily eating the watermelon! A and I both laughed at that! <3
