On Friday night, after all the excitement (aka stress), I went shopping with my mom and had dinner with my parents. Once we got home, the kids attempted a sleepover, but fell asleep early!
Also on Friday, my little man lost his 4th tooth. He is proud of his Jack o' Lantern smile!
On Saturday, we celebrated my nephew's 8th birthday, with a party at his house!
He wanted all the kids to dress up in costumes, and they were more than happy to!
My arms got a break, because all the baby hogs in the family scooped up Lily.
Dylan and Lexie had a great time with their awesome cousins, and ended up falling asleep on the way home!
On Sunday, we cheered on the Steelers with Grant's family. Sadly, they lost, but we still had a good time. We love our little Steelers fans!
Yesterday, Lexie had her very first field trip! We went to a local apple orchard, and even though the day was chilly and rainy, the kids had a good time. I volunteered to be the class historian this year, so it's my job to photograph every event. While I can't share those pictures, I can share some of Lexie!
And yesterday, my baby girl turned 2 months old! *sniff sniff* (Her pants are waaaay to big, but they sure are cute!) Official 2 month post coming soon!
Glad your weekend turned around and ya'll had a nice one. Love all the pictures and what a fun party!
ReplyDeleteThat field trip sounds like so much fun! I want to apple picking so bad, but apples don't grow very well down here:) I love Lily's Halloween suit..so cute!
ReplyDeleteYou have such a sweet family :)
ReplyDeleteThe picture of Lexie by the "steering wheel" is just too cute for words. I love that she's not forcing the smile. Such a pretty girl.
ReplyDeleteBeing the class historian sounds like a fun job!
Who does Lily look like? I don't see either of the other two in her. Lexie is growing up so big! And I love jack-o-lantern teeth. I have one of those myself right now.
ReplyDeleteI love all the pictures from Soergels, we plan to take our daughter there in a few weeks!
ReplyDeletehow fun, her first field trip! looks like a good time! looks like a nice weekend, eventhough it started off pretty bad.
ReplyDeleteGlad everything turned around!
ReplyDeleteFun weekend! Now, I cannot believe how fast Lily is growing! She is adorable, and the expression on her face in the last pic? Perfect!
ReplyDeleteThat first picture just makes my heart melt! So sweet! Lily is getting big! Love her tutu.
ReplyDeleteOkay, just stop it with that orange tutu. I can't stand the cuteness! You just have a beautiful family, my friend. I can't get enough of Lexie's braids either. And that Jack o Lantern smile is pretty adorable too!
ReplyDeleteI love how your kids cuddle in their sleep--how cute! And she is the cutest Halloween baby. :)
ReplyDeleteSo fun!!! Your kids are too cute - and I love that the birthday boy wanted everyone in costumes, what a fun idea!!!
ReplyDeleteAww such a coincidence! My little tot just attended her field trip yesterday. I was dead tired but was happy that my little tot just like Lexie, had so much fun.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos sissy! :) Lily is really getting bigger!
