...are very excited to have another sibling! They just can't figure out why we have to wait!
After all, we're ready!
Our bags are packed...
Nugget has a spot beside our bed, where he/she is going to sleep for the first few months...
...and a currently gender-neutral crib just waiting for a gender-specific sheet, crib skirt, and name above it...
Nugget has a seat (and a fully stocked diaper bag) in our car...
...and a seat at our kitchen table, because we believe in family dinners from day one.
The swing is up, the boppy and playmat are stashed behind the couch, the toys are in a basket next to the crib, the cabinets are stocked with feeding supplies, changing areas are set up around the house, and the dresser/changing table are fully stocked. The remaining baby gear is sitting on the attic steps along with a good stash of diapers...
We are completely ready! All we need now is a baby...
Wow, you are one organized woman! I wish I was that stocked up and ready before each of mine were born! It gets more and more exciting the closer it gets! I can't wait to hear news of the birth and find out the sex of the baby!!!

ReplyDeleteToo cute!! And I think we have the same carseat. We got ours when we had Olivia and it has made it through all the kids (even if technically it "expired" in January...), I might have been able to convince Rob we "needed" a new carseat and crib if Sophie hadnt ended up being our last but there was no way he would agree to buying more baby stuff when we already have baby stuff! I hope that sweet baby of yours comes soon but enjoy these last few days of pregnancy, too!

We had that same bassinet! My twins slept side by side in it until 3 months. I called it The Motel because of the vibrating mattress feature, LOL. That was hard to give up when we transitioned to cribs!
