On Monday, I gave up on my to-do list, and we headed into Pittsburgh with my dear friend, Amber, and her kids.
We spent the afternoon at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History. My kids went there with Amber earlier in the summer, but this time, Lily and I joined them. The last time I had been there was about 10 years ago!
We had a lot of fun, and shared a lot of laughs!
We made it through the museum in a few hours. It was so much fun going with some friends that we love very much!
After we left, Amber treated us to her favorite homemade ice cream at Dave & Andy's, in Oakland. I had never had it before, but it was delicious!!!
Mondays are usually really long for me, because Grant is gone all day, so this one was a nice change! We had a great time!
your children are so beautiful. your oldest son-- i LOVE his hair.
