How far along: 26 weeks! My OB is expecting me to deliver around 37-38 weeks, so it's hard to believe that I only have 11-12 weeks left!
Total Weight Gained: When I got weighed by my PCP last Wednesday, I had gained 1 lb back from the weight I lost. Still a while to go before I reach my pre-pregnancy weight, but at least the scale is finally going up (I'm sure that's the only time I'll be happy to say that)!
How big is baby? Nugget is 14 inches long and weighs around 1 2/3 pounds.
How baby is growing: The network of nerves in Nugget's ears is better developed and more sensitive than before. Nugget is inhaling and exhaling small amounts of amniotic fluid, which is essential for the development of the lungs. babycenter.com
Maternity Clothes: I'm still wearing my regular clothes.
Best Pregnancy Moment of the Week: Feeling Nugget move around all the time. No matter where I am, Nugget lets his/her presence be known! We all took a nap in my bed on Saturday, and I woke up to Nugget repeatedly kicking Dylan's leg, which was across my belly!
Movement: Nugget is constantly moving! Lots of tumbles, kicks, and punches!
Food Cravings: No cravings yet.
Food Aversions: I'm not a big fan of any food, but my appetite is bigger.
Morning Sickness: I still take Zofran daily in an attempt to combat the morning sickness.
Gender: We didn't find out! I have a feeling of what Nugget is, but I'm obviously not certain!
Symptoms: Strong and frequent Braxton Hick's contractions, nausea morning to night, gagging, vomiting, mood swings, and my feet have been falling asleep at times.
Exercise: Walking 4-5 days a week.
What I miss: Feeling normal. I honestly forget what it's like to not feel sick!
What I'm looking forward to: My 26 week appointment on Thursday. I'm hoping to get some answers about these crazy Braxton Hick's contractions. They are very similar to the ones I had around 30 weeks with Lexie.
