Tuesday Tidbits

I haven't done one of these posts in a really long time!

Tuesday Tidbits is my way of remembering all the cute and funny things my kids say and do!

{Dylan}

*Cannonbolts is his word for cannonballs.

*He is a smart little guy. He loves to read to his sisters, and share all the things he has learned with us.

*When he gets excited about something, and tells us about it, his eyes get really big!

*He wants drums for his birthday. Because he's going to be a rockstar. Or an astronaut.

*He adores his baby sister. He loves to cuddle with her as soon as he gets home from school!





{Lexie}

*She still uses the term "goed" instead of went. I know she'll figure out the right word way too soon, so I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

*She brushes her up teeth and down teeth.

*After painting her nails one day, she told me, "My fingers are happy because you did that!"

*She also loves to hold her baby sister. She asks, "Can I hold her for a few whiles?"

*She uses the term "frozing" instead of freezing. For instance, "Mama, my movie keeps frozing!"

*She is sassy and dramatic. One day, after Dylan irritated her, she started sobbing, and screamed, "Dylan, today you RUINED MY LIFE!"

*She, too, loves to read. She checks out at least 15 books from the library at a time. She carries around stacks of books and will narrate them to a captive audience. This usually happens while I'm running on the treadmill. And Lily gets read to a LOT!

*She is an artist. She draws or paints 10-20 pictures a day.




*She is super sweet, happy, and cuddly in the morning. BunBun is still a frequent sidekick. She doesn't carry him around nearly as much as she used to, but she still needs him.



{LILY}

*That smile gets me. every. time. I love the huge dimples in her cheek when she grins.



*She's starting to laugh more. It is so cute!



*Those cute, chubby piggies. Need I say more?



*She's a chatty little girl. She loves to have "conversations" with her family members. The kids get a kick out of it, because it sounds like she's saying, "Hi" and "Oh yeah" when she coos.

*She watches my every move. I love to look over and find her watching me.




*She's fascinated with her feet.



*And her hands. She is teething like crazy!










*I know I say it a lot, but she is the sweetest baby!





These kids melt my heart!!!
