As a mom, I've discovered that it's just best to expect the unexpected. It's a golden rule to live by when you have kids!
You may walk into your bedroom and find your dog wearing your bra:
You may walk into another room moments later and find your kids have clothing labels stuck to their faces:
You may search your house for your missing scarf, only to find it wrapped around your daughter's neck:
You WILL get the "I'm up to no good and trying to hide it" look...many times. You will then wonder, "What have they done?":
And, finally, your daughter may misunderstand you when you tell her that her Papa's surgeon is named Dr. Bailey. She may think that her dog, Bailey, is her Papa's doctor and then ask if the dog is going to operate on her Papa. And you will think, "I sure hope not."
After a few "unexpecteds" you get the hang of it, and nothing will surprise you anymore!
Haha! Did one of the kids dress up the dog in your bra? Too funny!!
