Not Me Monday

Another Monday is here, so it's time for Not Me Monday, hosted by MckMama. Let the confessions roll!

I did not use my daughter as a shield, to avoid the tickling hands of my husband. I would never put Lexie in the line of fire!

While driving down to the private lane to the stable, the barn cat did not stop in front of my car, and proceed in sitting there. After honking for about a minute, and trying to intimidate it by driving my car forward inch by inch, I did not just put the car in park, jump out, grab the cat, and bring it into the car with me. Problem solved!

I did not check my text messages while riding my horse. That's just ridiculous.

I did not pull my butt muscles while trying to get on my horse's bare back, without a mounting block. I used to be able to do this, so of course, I figured I could manage it now. FAIL!

This is NOT Dylan's last Monday as a 4 year old. No way is he going to be 5 in 6 short days!

I am not running completely late. I did not need to be at my sister's house 20 minutes ago. Okay...gotta run!

  3. What would Laura Ingalls say? Lol. You are talking so much about your horse lately... It makes our love/hate relationship grow even stronger. (totally kidding. :))

  4. I honestly can not believe he will be that old either. That doesn't seem right? are you sure? LOL. I for some reason thought he was a January or February baby.

  6. I've been kinda busy and haven't stopped by here lately... Congrats on making it to five! Also, I don't have a horse but if I did I would probably text on horseback, and I DO have kids and I would DEFINITELY put them in the line of tickle-fire. Awesome ;)

  7. Hahaha, texting on horseback? That is an anachronism if I've ever heard one! LOVE IT! But in a state where texting while driving is illegal, would texting while riding be against the law too?
