Saturday was a busy day for us! My kids attended a Polar Express Christmas party at our local library. My best friend and her family came, too! A train conductor read them the story, they got their tickets punched, they decorated Christmas cookies, listened to two other guest readers, then had a visit from Santa Claus. Well, a helper for Santa Claus, as we refer to them in this household. He didn't look much like Santa Claus!
The kids had a great time! As they left, the librarian gave them a book and gave Lexie a Christmas mug. They also got to hang a spaceship ornament on the Christmas tree!
My baby girl turned 4 months old on Saturday! Where has time gone?!?
That afternoon, I decided on a quick, spur of the moment photo shoot for Christmas card pictures! I'm glad I did!
The rest of the weekend went well, too. We went to my best friend's house on Saturday night, and spent Sunday afternoon with Grant's family, watching football. It was a great weekend! I can't believe Christmas is less than 3 weeks away!

We were at Kohls yesterday and there was a guy walking around, shopping, who looked like the REAL Santa. Jdaddy told the boys it was Santa, but he was in normal clothes so he could make sure everyone was behaving while undercover. They were the best they've ever been in a store.
