I usually have a firm rule of No Christmas Before Thanksgiving. This year is a different story! All the stress caused by 2020 is making me to get into the Christmas spirit early this year. Christmas music is already being played, the Christmas clothing is coming out, and Christmas decor is starting to show up in my home!
Over the past week, I picked up a few new Christmas home decor additions from Target. If you couldn't tell, I LOVE Target! My savings account - and my husband - doesn't love Target, but I'm very thankful for all the options Target has for a big family on a budget!
All of my finds are $5 and under because I love a good deal! Most are from the Target Dollar Spot, and can be used throughout Winter, too. If it's inexpensive, cute, and versatile, it somehow ends up in my cart. I'm not quite sure how that happens, but I sure do love what I brought home!
Ten Adorably Festive & Inexpensive Christmas Decor Target Finds
COUNTDOWN CALENDAR - $5
Okay, so we already have 3 countdown calendars, but this one is just pretty! I can't wait to hang it up. My kids usually race to move the counter, so now there should be plenty to go around!
CHRISTMAS GNOME - $3
Gnomes are so popular right now! I'm not obsessed, but Lexie loves them, and my mom and one of my best friends love them, too. I picked this one up for us, and grabbed one for my mom and best friend. It was definitely a cute $3 find!
BUFFALO PLAID BOW - $3
I LOVE buffalo plaid, so I bought two of these. The bows were with the Christmas decorations, but I bought them for an indoor wreath and an outdoor wreath. I have buffalo plaid accessories in my living room, so it works!
PAPER TREES - $1 each
The Target Dollar Spot has so many trees right now! I thought these tiny trees with paper leaves would look cute on the window sills in my kitchen.
MINI CHRISTMAS TREES - $1 each
These mini Christmas Trees will be perfect for my tiered tray and my Christmas village!
*It didn't make my list, but the Target Dollar Spot has small wooden tiered trays that are $5 each. I bought one for my new coffee/tea station in my kitchen!
FLOCKED TREES - $1 each
I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do with these two trees, but they were too cute to pass up!
MEDIUM CHRISTMAS TREES - $3 each
These trees are about a foot tall, and they have a wrapped, weighted base. They get really full when you fan them out! They have a larger version for $5, but I didn't think the size difference was enough to justify the price increase. I already put them on my window sills, and they look so pretty and festive. They will be staying there throughout winter!
FROSTED WINDOW PANES - $3 each
These frosted window panes are so pretty! They are about a foot tall, and look perfect above the fireplace!
CHRISTMAS HAND TOWELS 2-PACK - $5
I try to replace our bathroom hand towels each year. They just get so gross with a bunch of kids using them! They had some cute options at Target this year!
CHRISTMAS MUG - $5
Okay, so this isn't really decor, unless of course, you count sitting it out on a tiered tray! I have a bit of a mug obsession, and this one made me laugh out loud. I used this quote on a letterboard last year! They also had a really cute one that said, "This is my Bah Hum Mug."
We started to deck the halls this past weekend, and my house is now an eclectic mix of Thanksgiving and Christmas! I kind of like the Christmas trees and twinkle lights mixed in with all the pumpkins. I can't believe in less than 2 weeks, it will be time for all things Christmas!
Have you started to decorate yet?
