After weeks of being stuck indoors most days due to stormy weather, summer finally arrived over the weekend. (Let's just avoid the fact that it's currently POURING outside!) I already shared our fun 4th of July, but the 5th of July was every bit as busy and every bit as fun!
We kicked off our day by celebrating gorgeous Audrey's SIXTEENTH birthday! She's driving now. I still remember when she was as little as Liam!
Of course, we celebrated with a pool party. Audrey's grandma has the best pool around!
We had a great time, but we couldn't stay for the entire party. We had another picnic to go to that evening! Tracy and Gary host a 4th of July picnic every year...just not on the 4th. We love it, though, because it extends the fun!

Great friends, great food, fireworks, and a LOT of fun! It was the perfect end to our holiday weekend!
I'm almost afraid to ask because it might be too depressing to hear, but how's the weather where you live?
