This afternoon:
One happy boy after school.
The view out the window + a counter littered with homework, shopping lists, and school pictures (of which I'm not a fan). Goodbye, Indian Summer.
Scattered school work from the day.
Doggy hugs.
Shoes drying by the door. It's chilly and rainy outside!
A little girl with a lip balm collection. Wearing a dress that is too small. Time to pack that away!
A little man doing some homework.
One tea party coming up!
I must now excuse myself to attend the tea party...and cook dinner...and clean up dishes...and give baths...and put kids to bed...and prepare for an evening of Grey's Anatomy and Dexter!
Great pictures! Love the tea party. That's also one of my daughter's favorite things to do.
ReplyDeleteThe dress sure is cute though! I saw previews for Grey's today @ the hospital. Can't wait for tomorrow to watch! We watched Dexter last night. It's getting tense up in there!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a busy, but lovely, day! :)
ReplyDeleteI know that shirt Dylan's wearing. I bought that one and the brown one for Buddy's pictures. We ended up going with the brown one and returning the blue one.
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoyed your tea party!
Dylan is doing a VERY good job on coloring his homework! Seriously! Lexie seems to be coming more a "girlie girl." I feel that there is a time around 3 years old that kids start using their imagination a lot more to play tea parties and babies. I just love Greys!
ReplyDeleteI had a tea party last night too. Boo for rain but I confess I love the smell =) XOXO Happy Friday friend!
ReplyDeleteAww, what a cute set of pics and a lovely way to spend the day. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely day! My daughter has an obscene "caps-sticks" collection too. She loves to smear them all over her lips!
ReplyDeleteI get so sad when I have to pack away my kids clothes! I have all of Aubrey's newborn clothes still in her drawers LOL! It just breaks my heart that they grow up soooo fast!
ReplyDeleteGreat day! Everybody looks warm and cozy inside. I packed away all of Daisy's summer clothes because we are cooling down to 85 next week. Brrrrr!
ReplyDeleteCute as ever! We're actually enjoying some dry days (and rather stunned about it, LOL)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
We always seem to have school work scattered all over our house! LOL about Lexie's dress being too small...all of Eli's clothes are too small for him, and I'm waiting for it too cool off some before I pull out the bigger clothes for winter!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a good day to me :)
