Cookies and Crafts with Santa

Every year, our township has a Pictures With Santa event, complete with cookie decorating and ornament making.  Last year was the first year we went, and I regret not going sooner!  We had a lot of fun! 

On Saturday, we stopped by before our annual Christmas party with our friends.

Liam fell asleep on the way. He stayed asleep after we arrived, so the kids decided to decorate their cookies while we waited for him to wake up.




The best part, of course, was eating the cookies!





Finally, the littlest member of our crew woke up!



We picked the perfect time to go to the event.  We showed up an hour after it started, and they actually called us up for pictures with Santa.  I was so happy we didn't have to wait in line!

I love how the pictures turned out, but Liam was still very sleepy!  He wasn't his usual smiley self, but he didn't cry, so I'm calling it a win!





After the kids saw Santa, they made some ornaments for our Christmas Tree. I love each and every one!



Liam sat on the floor and smiled at everyone.  Too bad he didn't save those smiles for Santa!
