365 Project: Week Seven

{February 12th}

Visited Grant's family. At home, Dylan and Lexie wrote out their Valentines (it was so nice that Dylan could do it all by himself this year), and I put together bags of foam letters and shapes for a party project.

It was a really busy day, spent with Dylan and Lexie. I attended Lexie's class Sweetheart Tea in the morning, and was a parent volunteer for Dylan's class Valentine's Day party in the afternoon. It was a great day with my loves!

A wonderful Valentine's Day spent with my husband and our babies! Favorite takeout for dinner and the exchange of small gifts. I love my family!

I ran a bunch of errands, and I spent the morning shopping for things to put on my shelves. After Lexie was done with school, we had a playdate at the library. My dad stopped by with Valentine's Day gifts for the kids. We had a quiet afternoon and evening at home.

A day spent at home, followed by having our friends over for dinner! After they left, I had to assemble a photo collage for Lexie's class. It was a good night!

Took Lily's 6 month pictures while Lexie was at school. Visited my parents after Lexie got out of school. My mom and I went shopping. Had dinner with my parents, and visited with my niece and great-nephew before heading home.

We had Lexie's 5th Birthday party with our family!

On this day, 12 years ago, my Grandma passed away. It was one of the worst days of my life. I miss her so much, but I also realize just how full my life now is. She would be so proud of her great-grandchildren!

  5. I'm sorry about your grandma. I never had a close relationship with my grandmas. My mom's mom died young and my dad's mom had alzheimers by the time I was old enough to really have memories.

    I love that grey and pink outfit you had Lily in. So stinking cute!!
