Moving Right Along...

Two more weeks have passed in the blink of an eye!  Summer is halfway over, and I only have a month and a half to go until my due date! Time is flying and there is so much to do!!!

Week 27

July 2nd

Dylan was still at my parent's house, so the girls and I headed to my OB appointment, then ran some errands.  On the way home, we stopped to get a late lunch.  The rest of the day was spent at home.

July 3rd

This was another stay-at-home day.  My sweet Lily turned 23 months...just one month away from turning two!  That evening, Dylan returned home, after spending several days at my parent's house.  The girls were so happy to have him home!!!

July 4th

A wonderful 4th of July with family and friends!  Picnic, parade, and a beautiful fireworks tribute in honor of my father-in-law!

July 5th

We dropped Audrey off at home, after she spent the night at our house.  Grant and I went to his Nannie/Mom's house to clean up the picnic aftermath.  I spent the afternoon visiting my parents, then my mom, the girls, and I went shopping.  After dinner, we headed home, and I spent time with Grant while my exhausted kids crashed.

We spent the day with my family at my nephew Brandon's birthday party!  Dylan stayed to camp out and Lexie went home with my parents, so Grant, Lily, and I stopped at a friend's house on the way home!

Spent the day at home.  A huge summer storm came through, which resulted in the girls playing outside, in the drizzle, under a huge double rainbow!

July 13th

Time for the big room switch!!! We spent the day switching the kids' rooms.  We literally packed things up, moved them around, moved furniture, and unpacked from 11 AM until 1 AM, only pausing long enough to eat take-out.  That evening, Dylan went to a local community day/fireworks with friends, then spent the night at their house.  And even though we worked all day, we still weren't done!!!

July 14th

Spent this entire day working on the kids' rooms.  Dylan, Lily, and I ran to several stores to pick out supplies for toy organization.  By the end of the day, we were *almost* done! Dylan had to sleep in Lexie and Lily's room, though, because his bed was still covered!

July 15th

Spent the day at home.  Woke up with a nasty cold, my dad came over to put up a ceiling fan/light fixture in Dylan's room, and I mostly finished the kids' rooms.  I still have to hang a few things on Dylan's walls and touch up the paint, and I have to paint the girls' room and hang new blinds and curtains.  That evening, Grant and I hung out, watching TV.  After he went to bed, pregnancy insomnia kicked in and I got so much accomplished, including spray painting a chandelier!
