The Happenings of Week Fourteen

April 2nd

My birthday!  It was a typical day with my kids, being pregnant and sick, and having 2 extra kids at my house.  That evening, Grant's mom watched the kids so Grant and I could go out to dinner at the Olive Garden. Once home, we watched a movie before heading to bed.  It wasn't overly exciting, but it was a good birthday!

The kids went back to school.  After I picked Lexie up, we had lunch, then I took her to gymnastics.  While she was in class, I had to run to Costco.  After she was done, we went to TJ Maxx to pick a few things up.  That evening, I went to The Cheesecake Factory with a group of friends for my birthday dinner.  It was so nice to go out two days in a row!

I wasn't feeling great, so we spent the entire day at home.  I only left to pick Lexie up from school.

After picking Lexie up from school, we went to visit my parents.  After dinner, we returned home, and a few friends came over for the evening.  Lexie and Dylan went home with our friends for a sleepover.

We spent most of the day at home getting things done around the house.  That evening, we went to our friends house for dinner. We had a lot of fun and ended up staying late!

After suffering with what I suspected was a sinus infection for days, I woke up feeling a lot worse.  I went to Urgent Care, and the doctor confirmed I had a sinus infection.  After picking up my antibiotic, I headed home for the day.  That afternoon, Grant took Dylan to his first baseball practice of the season, while I stayed home with the girls.  After dinner and baths, the kids went to bed, and G and I relaxed on the couch, watching TV.

We had a relaxing day, mostly spent at home.  We took a small detour to the park on the way home from picking Lexie up from school, so the girls could play for a few minutes.  I was still sick, but it was so gorgeous out!
