365 Project: Week 26

{JUNE 24th}

My dad picked Dylan up in the morning, and took him to Erie, to spend the day with my brother.  The girls, Grant, and I enjoyed a relaxing day at home, and were amazed by how quickly Lily got the hang of walking!  Lily had a very low fever, and was a bit fussy.  Sure enough, she was getting teeth #9 and #10!

On Mondays, Grant is gone the entire day, from wake up until after bedtime. It's a looooong day for me.  We have just been hanging out at home on Mondays, recovering from our busy weekends!  This Monday was no exception...plus, I had to deal with a fussy, slightly feverish, teething baby.

{JUNE 26th}

I was up really early (as in 3:44 AM).  Grant woke me up, and I just couldn't fall back asleep.  Lily woke up right after me, fussy from teething.  I put her back to bed at 6 AM, but decided not to go back to sleep, because I typically babysit at 7.  Well, this time, he didn't show up until 9:30, so I could have slept!!! On the plus side?  I got a lot done that day!!!

We started out our day with some yard work.  We ended up getting a lot done while the kids played outside!  That evening, we went to our friend's house for dinner.

{JUNE 28th}

Our morning and early afternoon was spent at a spray park for a twitter/blogger mom playdate.  It was a lot of fun!  The rest of the day was spent relaxing at home!

{JUNE 29th}

A typical Friday:  story time at the library, running errands, and a visit and dinner with my parents.  That night, a big storm passed over us, and then left the sky bright orange with a double rainbow!

Our usual super busy Saturday.  Pool party for a sweet friend's birthday, followed by a blogger/twitter mom picnic.  Lots of fun!

  3. Cute pictures. I'm really liking Dylan's hair. We just had about 2 inches cut off of Buddy's hair. He almost decided to cut it all off, but then changed his mind.

    Lily's looks are changing. She's losing that "baby" look.
