Happy New Year!

I've never been a big fan of New Years Eve, but this year, we had a good time! For the first time ever, I was slightly relieved to see a year end, and a new one begin! 2011 is going to be a great year!

We used to spend New Years Eve at my sister Sharilyn's house every year, but the past two years we haven't. This year we did, and it was a lot of fun! The adults sat around the table, eating and playing Scattegories, while all the cousins played together.

I snuggled with my baby girl. It wasn't long before she wanted to change into pajamas!

Uncle Mack gave the kids piggy back rides.

The kids snuggled up on the couch, and watched a few movies.

Aubrey and Dylan had fun squishing my niece, Michelle.

Lexie couldn't make it until midnight. Surprisingly, she slept through the kids banging pots and pans beside her!

We rang in the New Year, and the kids went crazy! I was surprised at their energy!

The adults were tired, that's for sure!

My niece, Michelle, is a New Years baby. We celebrated her birthday right after midnight! My sister, Michelle, and I posed for a picture before we headed home.

Around 1:00, we rounded up the kids, and went home. Lexie stayed asleep, and the rest of us soon followed!

On New Years Day, we slept in, had brunch, had a lazy day, and then headed over to my sister, Andrea's house for a little get together. Dylan and Lexie played with their cousins, while the rest of us watched the Winter Classic hockey game. Andrea, the kids, and I had fun playing Just Dance 2! It was my first time playing, and I whooped Andrea's butt. That's right, she got whooped by a pregnant woman!

We had fun ringing in the New Year with my family, and can't wait to do it again next year. Here's to a happy and healthy 2011!
